Usage and Maintenance

The cooling temperature and temperature difference of the cooling water tank can be set through the water tank panel, and the cooling temperature and temperature difference can be appropriately set

It can prevent LED UV lights from condensation due to excessive temperature difference.

1. It is recommended to use pure water as the coolant, and antifreeze should be used in low temperature environments and replaced regularly to prevent scale formation. It is recommended that users replace the water once a month. When changing water, do not fill it up first and turn it on to see if there is an alarm prompt.

2. Regularly check if the water flow is normal, bend the water pipe when the machine is turned on to see if there is an alarm prompt. Release the alarm to eliminate it, indicating normal operation.

3. When the ambient temperature is below 5 degrees Celsius, please add antifreeze. The ratio of antifreeze to water is about 1:4.

4. The chassis must be placed facing upwards to avoid the compressor from not working properly.

3, Common faults

1. Over temperature alarm; If the water temperature exceeds the upper or lower limit of the high temperature setting, add chilled water/room temperature water or shut down for treatment.

2. Flow failure; Flow switch/water pump malfunction or low water volume, replace the flow switch or check if the water circuit is unobstructed.

3. Liquid level alarm; If the liquid level switch is damaged or the liquid level is low, replace the liquid level switch or add appropriate liquid.

4. Low temperature alarm; Add constant temperature water
 
LEDUV light operation:

(1) First, connect all wires (including power lines) to the interface between the equipment and the printing machine according to the correct wiring method.

(2) Control the signal interface. After connecting all the wires, open the water tank cover of the chassis and inject about two-thirds of the water into it. Press the power switch on the chassis. At this time, an alarm will sound because the water is not fully filled in the chassis. Continue to inject until the chassis no longer alarms, and stop injecting water. During the injection process, water overflow is strictly prohibited.

(3) Don't rush to turn on the light after filling it with water. First, fold the water pipe and check if the computer case alarms. If the alarm proves everything is normal, the light can be turned on. (Note: After connecting the device to the machine, if the machine is not turned on and the signal light cannot be turned on, the light will not light up.) After the machine is operating normally, the light will work normally according to the signal provided by the machine.

Troubleshooting of LEDUV Lamp Routine Problems:

If the light is not on and the chassis alarms, please check if the signal given to the light is incorrect or if the light is not receiving a signal.

If the light is not on and the chassis alarms, please check if the water pipe is bent and if the chassis is filled with water.

If the light is not on, the chassis will sound an alarm. All channel signals have been checked and found to be correct. There are no bent plugs in the water pipes, and the water level is normal. Check if the power supply has output
