UVLED light operation, maintenance and upkeep
1, Operation process;
(1) The UVLED control system follows the principle of first supplying water and then electricity: first connect each wiring (including power lines) to the interface between the equipment and the printing machine according to the correct wiring method, and firmly clamp each water pipe interface with a clamp.
(2) LEDUV control signal interface. After connecting all wires, open the water tank cover of the chassis, fill it with coolant, and press the power switch on the chassis. If the liquid level is not filled, the standard system of the chassis will automatically alarm. It is strictly prohibited to overflow the coolant during the process of filling.
After filling the coolant, do not rush to turn on the light. First, fold the water pipe and check if the chassis alarms. If the alarm indicates that the water flow system is working properly, the light can be turned on. (Note: After connecting the device to the machine, if the machine is not turned on and the signal light cannot be turned on, the light will not light up.) After the machine is operating normally, the light will work normally according to the signal provided by the machine.
Troubleshooting of UVLED common faults:
The LED light does not light up and the chassis alarms. Please check if the signal given to the light is incorrect or if the light is not receiving a signal.
If the LED light is not on and the chassis alarms, please check if the water pipe is bent and if the chassis is filled with water.
If the LED light is not on and the chassis alarms, please check if the UV power supply has output and if 24V is normal
2, UVLED usage and maintenance
The cooling temperature and temperature difference of the cooling water tank can be set accordingly through the water tank panel. Setting the cooling temperature and temperature difference appropriately can avoid LED UV light condensation caused by excessive temperature difference.
1. It is recommended to use pure water as the coolant, and antifreeze should be used in low temperature environments and replaced regularly to prevent scale formation. It is recommended that users replace the water once a month. When changing water, do not fill it up first and turn it on to see if there is an alarm prompt.
2. Regularly check if the water flow is normal, bend the water pipe when the machine is turned on to see if there is an alarm prompt. Release the alarm to eliminate it, indicating normal operation.
3. When the ambient temperature is below 5 degrees Celsius, please add antifreeze. The ratio of antifreeze to water is about 1:4.
4. The chassis must be placed facing upwards to avoid the compressor from not working properly.
3, Common faults in cold water systems
1. Over temperature alarm; If the water temperature exceeds the upper or lower limit of the high temperature setting, add chilled water/room temperature water or shut down for treatment.
2. Flow failure; Flow switch/water pump malfunction or low water volume, replace the flow switch or check if the water circuit is unobstructed.
3. Liquid level alarm; If the liquid level switch is damaged or the liquid level is low, replace the liquid level switch or add appropriate liquid.
